Looking down the leagues, Nottingham Forest are favourites to win the Championship outright this upcoming season at $8.50, while Middlesbrough are favourites to gain promotion at $3.40 followed by Nottingham Forest and QPR at $3.50 and $3.75 respectively.

In League One, Southampton are topping the odds as the side to win outright at $3.75, and at $1.83 to gain promotion, while Sheffield Wednesday are at $3 with Charlton and Huddersfield equal at $3.75

Bradford are at $10 to win League two, level in the odds with Rotherham, while Gillingham and Wycombe are both at $11 to win outright.
